Refund and Return Policy

We want you to perform at your best in our gear. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase from SPORTSWEARSHUB, we're here to help.

1. Return Window

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Underwear, socks, and base layers may not be returned due to hygiene reasons unless defective.

3. Return Process

Do not send your purchase back to the address on the package. The shipping address on the parcel is often a logistics transit hub and cannot process returns.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at service@sportswearshub.top. We will provide you with the correct return address and instructions.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Defective/Wrong Items: We will cover the return shipping costs or offer a full refund without return.
  • Change of Mind / Size Issue: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (Credit Card, etc.). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
